I remember watching Bill Grundy (1923–1993) of Sex Pistols fame present and narrate a children's television series in the early seventies - circa 1971-1972. One particular episode concerned the changing coastline of East Anglia and the town of king's Lynn.
I can't find anything at all about this series on the net and wonder if any members remember it or have any information for that matter. Thanks.
(I don't think this was People and Places (1962) later renamed Scene at 6:30 (1963) which also featured Grundy - I think - as presenter.)

Bill Grundy also presented / narrated other programmes including The Land: The People (which was a schools programme made for Granada about geology and coastal erosion etc - possibly what you are thinking about?) and All Our Yesterdays for a while.

Sounds like 'The Land' methinks too. The ones run about 1979 were still copyright 1975 that late so was probably started few years before.
