Come Dancing 1974 - missing?

Another old VT I spotted on youtube - this is a clip from a Come Dancing edition from 1974, introduced by Limerick's own superstar, Terry Wogan:-

Again, I have no idea of the archive status of this, so any help here willingly accepted. I'm guessing it come from a Philips 1500 tape.

1978, but not a proper Come Dancing edition, but the tones of Terry Wogan can be heard, so it was broadcast at some point!

I noticed the other one - it's the same dance troupe - but paid less attention as I was unable to work out whether it was Come Dancing or a special version or something, plus the fact that it was 1978, and if far more likely to be archived.
