I heard that one other Thames edition also existed although i've yet to see any physical evidence of it! Audios - at least for many of the Bonzos appearances - do survive though.
DNAYS is one of the very rare instances where the Rediffusion-era holdings for a show are much better than for the later Thames version!

All I know of from season 2 is episode 1, which is held in the archives. 19/02/69, I believe.

What's some the content from that episode, Ray? Just to identify we're talking about the same edition!

The Bonzos bit has Viv reading from a comic book, and then the Bonzos perform "Beautiful Zelda", with a flashing kinetic robot-type. The film breaks down slightly, but is certainly available on the collectors market. www.youtube.com/watch?v=GUEcw7bfjcA

Yes, it's OK. I've seen it but I just wanted to be sure we were talking about the same edition. Whether or not there is another one existing, it's the only Thames edition (apart from Stocking) that seems to have surfaced so far anyway.

It's the same episode Jeremy, sadly.
I may have the date wrong - which I obtained from a database, which stated it had copied the dates from the BFI, but it is DEFINITELY the same episode.
Incidentally, I couldn't access the second youtube reference because of 'a malformed URL'.
Even so, thanks for looking! Please carry on doing this!

Probably my fault as i deleted the "related search" part of the URL, you should be able to find it from the first part.
Typical, not only do broadcasters mis-label their film cans, not people uploading video's to You Tube are doing the same!
