does anyone know what time BBC2 closed down on the night of the 1985 world snooker final between dennis taylor & steve davis? dennis taylor potted the final black at 12.22am & won the title 17 minutes after the channel was due to go off the air. did they close before 1am?

If memory serves BBC 2 broadcast CEEFAX pages throughout the night during this period and I think that what happened the Sunday. I don't think the channel continued much beyond the trophy presentation.
