Having watched and absolutely enjoying it after so many years, I do have a question. And please forgive if this is an old chestnut.
I read up on the story about the 12th episode and liked that the Network release had the last with the original dub with subtitles.
Is the entire series available like that at all? I'd love to see it how it was originally presented as 4 episodes. Does that exist at all?

The only home video release of this serial I've encountered is Network's. I don't think the original version has been released in France at any point. Contacting Network may be your best bet for discovering who holds the rights to the show and in what forms it still exists.
