Manson Family BBC 1970

A recent documentary about Charles Manson on US TV, has shown some clips of the so-called Manson Family at their hang-out Spahn's Ranch. This clips supposedly emanate from a BBC documentary on February 23 1970. This is all new to me. Anyone have any ideas what documentary this would be?

Are you sure its bbc? could it be ITN?

The only clips I've seen used by the BBC were the one's shown on "The Rock and Roll Years" in 1985. They appeared to be a combination of news footage and America documentary footage.

Funny you say that. The clips are archived now at ITN

But their origin states (as does this Manson documentary) that it is from a BBC documentary.
