On their 'Look Back' release, Network claim that the Tingha and Tucker episode they include is the sole surviving episode. Having watched it, I am tempted to say this is no bad thing!

Hey...don't diss T and T!! I was a member of their club in the 60's and the show was required viewing in the Midlands on ATV! The response from the kids and their parents was amazing at various gatherings with traffic jams all over the place!

It's still one of the very worst and most patronising examples of children's television I've ever seen. I'm glad there's a little of it remaining, but it was absolute torture to watch. ;D

Tree House Family was slightly different as it was a Sunday teatime show with a subtle religious flavour (shown before the god slot). This is all I remember from the time as London area viewers never got the "regular" weekday show!
I loathed the religious angle at the time but I still can't say i'm glad that few survive (I would never say that about ANY show!) Does anyone know exactly how many of both series exist, by the way (in answer to the original query)? I know there is at least one T&T on colour tape from about 1970, as screened at MBW a few years ago. I don't know of anything else specifically although i've a feeling there may be at least one t/r from earlier years.
