Hi Kaleidoscope is proud to announce its first electronic book in PDF form, a new ITV Drama Guide 1950-2010. It's searchable, its security-tagged and its a bargain at over 3000 pages including many updated listings. I hope you may buy it and/or pass this link on to anybody who likes classic TV. It contains full updated archive holdings including all the changes in drama holdings for the ATV/Central archive.* www.kaleidoscopepublishing.co.uk/books.htmlThanks Chris * Comedy, factual, music and variety holdings will follow in later electronic books, assuming that people buy this volume and don't share the file :-). This income is vital to continue the work of Kaleidoscope so we encourage our readership to pay the reasonable cover price.

I've ordered it today and love it. I've already got the paper versions, but these will prove to be absolutely essential, especially as they're keyword searchable! All that research for £30 is an amazing deal. If you've never owned these books before and you frequent this site, you'll get hours of enjoyment just browsing the lists whether you're researching or not. And don't forget, this is the most up to date version. I think for £30, most people with an interest in this subject can afford to have a punt on these.
I'm really looking forward to electronic versions of the other books too, so let's hope everyone does the right thing and buys a copy without passing them on.
It's also interesting to see updated lists for shows like No Hiding Place, now showing some of the titles that exist at the BFI that weren't listed before. Nice work! I hope the move to electronic distribution pays off.
