hi my mother in law has inherited a house and i've just come back from visiting the property. her relative clearly had some sort of ocd and the house was one of those that was piled high with junk - the sort you see on those environmental health fly on the wall docs. anyway i recovered a few reels of film that i need help with. nothing exciting i don't think. just some nature films. the clearest label is entitled 'Mow me kangaroo down sport' from anglia television.
also recovered some reel to reel audio tape which looks to be mostly classical music, although one is labelled 'under milk wood' '1 hr' (radio broadcast maybe?).
oh yes and 3 8mm 'girlie' films - no idea who might want those!

update
the 'mow me kangaroo down' reel also has on it 'Survival - Rolf Harris' there is another reel that is Anglia television nature programme, presumably another episode of Survival
there is also a programme called 'Where Now The Story of St Paul' which has some correspondence attached to it from A R Colgrave c/o bbc. i can't find this title on imdb. perhaps it was not broadcast as according to the letter there are problems with the print quality.
i know from the radio forum that i could send the audio tapes to kaleidoscope to be checked, but how would i get these films checked out? i can't play them, so hoping someone from the forum can help.

I'm sure Kal would still be able to help you with identifying film (or point you in the right direction of someone who can)...
