It's a commercially released 8mm print of cinema adverts. It was released some years back by Derann Film Services. If you have an 8mm projector I can highly recommend it though I believe an "ABC day set" is just a term for the order in which the adverts and / or any promotions are set out on the reel. They would have had different sets for different occasions. I could be wrong, but if I am I'm sure someone will leap in

The 'day set' part is the name for the caption card that appears saying 'Sunday for seven days'. Of course, the trailer is then spliced on. A Pal of mine used to work in a cinema and had to assemble advert reels. Not the first time, he spliced one on upside down!
