Currently enjoying the journey of a lifetime TV Series with lots of archive clips - I take it the archive status of some of these documentaries is pretty good?

If you mean his Yorkshire TV series?
Yorkshire TV is amongst the best of archived programme libraries, plus the fact it was made on film which means its probably all there?

Thanks Peter, yes I was thinking of the Yorkshire TV series though its interesting a lot has been used for this current series (even clips from the Tonight show). He mentioned in the first show he was involved with Yorkshire TV from the offset so maybe he also had a say in archiving his shows.
They had a clip of the Cats Eye man which I've seen before and must have been repeated a few years back, and its interesting to see footage from what appears to be Peter sellers final interview - a good series so far and well worth catching.

From memory all his BBC and ITV work survives.
Lostshows.com should list it all, I think it's in our db.

I think one of the last films he did for the Beeb was on the subject of 'pop horror' ?
There is a great clip from this (been used many times) with Screaming Lord Sutch making the girls scream in his audience.
