that's my e-bay identity blown! A pal of mine sold off some very ordinary books on e-bay and one guy who won attracted his attention. It turned out that the recent feedback for the guy who'd won this auction revealed the guy had just also bought a considerable collection of ladies 'thigh length' patent black boots!!!! rofl (chuckle!)

Your identity was already known. You blew your Ebay id in may when you auctioned the camera. Remember.

Ron. ' ZCars ' did not travel that well... well at least not to the USA, so you may be getting involved in something that ultimately you would not enjoy watching yourself?
just a thought and hope not to sound patronising.

£773 it went for! I thought it would go for about £400! Anyone know if the winner is someone that is going to return it?

Hi
The high bidders were a consortium of those working on the Z-Cars guide book and other film collectors. And it'll be on the way to the Beeb shortly.
And if anyone knows who the bidder who bumped the total up was, could they break their legs.... <g>

Well done David & Ian. Although I have suspicions about that last minute bid. Some detective work is required. Lots of bidders on that one that very rarely use ebay

Sorry to bump this old thread up but did this ever turn out to be an actual missing episode and if so what one?
