Just bought volume one off ebay was wondering how many episodes still survive and anyone know the TX Dates on volume 2?

Looking at the old version of the Kal guide, there appear to be quite a lot (over 100?). If Chris Perry is reading this, he might be able to give more details. There are a lot early on (late '50s), some early '60s, another big bunch around '64, plus only a handful from later ('66).
