Try looking through a coloured sweetie wrapper or a pair of those useless 3d specs!
Seriously, I think the great thing about stuff like Quatermass is that its Black & White, makes them so much more atmospheric! And I think the eerieness of these shows in Black & White is a fine art in itself.
If you want the colour versions theres always the BBCFour remake - leave the originals be!

With the recent release of the Quatermass Collection id like to see them colorized now! Why? Because if its good enough for Ray Harryhausen its good enough for me, seriously though I like the colorisation process. I Know some people hate it , some people hate b/w films odd! I love both!
