"Clown court" was an item on which show?

Just wondering if anyone could help me. Was it Noel Edmonds saturday roadshow? That's what the IMDB suggests, but IMDB is of course not always the final word.
And "Clown court" was a selection of bloopers? For example, there was one about Blackadder, wasn't it?

The question had already been answered on a different board, but thanks!
Pity they never used tose Blackadder (or other) bloopers for anything else. I tried to find it, but it's almost impossible.
