I ran across an 16mm print of an episode of Mark Saber series "The Vise" (Has the American title "Uncovered") -- the episode is called "Collector's Item".. Anyone know the archive status of this episode?
I'm fairly certain that since this was a film series and it made it's way to to the US, it probably all exists - but just in case...

Actually the Danziger Bros archive is a bit precarious in the UK. AFAIK There has been nobody looking after it, a son lives in the UK but does not appear interested. The BFI has probably got a couple of Mark Sabers but not a complete set?
There is also a son in the US who tried to release on his own some Danziger series a while back which was a botched attempt, but also indicates he might have access to master material?
A Florida company (IIRC) advertised on Ebay a few years ago that
it had a load of 'The Vise' syndication negatives and it could not afford to keep them any longer (maybe was closing down?) .
So not sure if anybody rescued them or they went in the skip?
