Or is it number 5? I forget. And it's 1 AM EST and I really don't care to go back and find out! Anyway... I had to share this one with everyone. Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer is one of the most beloved Christmas specials in US tv history. (You can argue with it or "A Charlie Brown Christmas" as the best. Mabye throwing "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" in there too. BID) Most of the stop-motion animation puppets were lost over the years. Amazingly, however, the puppets for Rudolph and Santa survived at a former Rankin-Bass employee's home, brought out for the Hollidays for the past forty years. here's the website with the info: www.rankinbass.com/news1205.htm This is a biggie for me, because I've always had a facination over missing things, and I've always wanted to know what happened to the puppets from Rudolph. Now if they can only find Sam the Snowman... Anyway,as for the purpose for these post. Just to remind posters that if these beloved items could survive and be rediscovered after forty years, why not the odd copy of "Galaxy Four" or "Marco Polo"? Keep hope alive.
