What the hell is this....a Kangaroo court?....Do i have repeat myself to a gang of halfwits?.....I have already stated my opinion....but if you want some imfo....I know for a FACT that Lional Blair and thats all I am saying....now...you can all take it or leave it!!! Eric -- a kangaroo court is " a criminal proceeding that is conducted for show and where the defendant is inevitably going to be found guilty" -- so if anyone is conducting a proceeding of this sort it's YOU not us. You have decided that certain people are guilty without providing any evidence. If you "know for a fact" that this is true - then tell us how you know it. If it's a "fact", then you should be able to provide more information. All you have done so far is made assertions with zero evidence.

Indeed - if he'd said "I didn't expect the Spanish Inquisiiton", it would have been both more accurate and vaguely on-topic! ;D

Jo Brand has two episodes of Z Cars and Chris Tarrant has all seven episodes of A for Andromeda, whilst "Charlie from Busted" has The Macra Terror 1, 2 and 4.
That information didn't come from me though...

Gentlemen....your sarcastic wit had me in stiches....even Wordsworth would have been proud...but then he did not have the missing Grey cells to do it, i could argue till blue in the face, this reminds me of an old posting (don't know if still around) about a Buddy Holly collector (in a Wheel Chair) that was hounded off this post by "Respectful Episode Hunters"...apprently he died a while back.....thats why i wont come down to your level....so i will just sit back and watch you all make complete idiots of yourselves.

Eric. I think that all the people you consider to be idiots are, myself included, fast running out of patience with you. We don't need you to argue till you're blue in the face, we just want you to tell us what makes you so certain that there are these people (such as Lionel Blair) who have missing material. All we want to know is what makes you believe it to be true. If you can explain your reasoning, then people on this thread will take you far more seriously, but at the moment, your "proof" seems to consist of speculation and wishful thinking - "I want it to be true therefore it must be true". We're not unreasonable people. Come up with some verifiable proof, and we'll believe you. Either that, or admit that you don't have a scrap of evidence to back up your claims, then we can all find something better to do. Time to put up or shut up, methinks.

Mr Phillips...Thank you for your reply, I get my imfo from a VERY reliable source (regrettably I cant mention name), but i can suggest you get Mr Fiddy To investigate, I think you all will be surprised with the results, and as for "put up or shut up"..no need for that sort of talk here, I am trying to be kind and considerate as possible.

Can I suggest you get Mr Fiddy to investigate..? He'll undoubtedly want evidence, though - are you going to give it to him..?

And calling people here "halfwits" is your definition of being kind and considerate, is it? Face it "Eric" or whatever your real name is, all people have done here is to ask you for proof of what you claim to be a "fact" - and you've provided NONE.

Mr Phillips...Thank you for your reply, I get my imfo from a VERY reliable source (regrettably I cant mention name This is half the reason why so many people are getting at you over your comments. There are so many rumours and half rumours which often seem to come from "VERY reliable" sources though for some unknown reasons these reliable sources never seem to have a name. You can go through many posts on this forum and see the same thing over and over. People come up with statements but give no evidence to back them up. I sometimes wonder if people have more interest in the intrique of missing episodes rather than actively finding them ? If you have evidence that someone is with-holding missing television, then like the previous poster suggested, contact Dick Fiddy directly. Making idle claims and offering no evidence just exasperates the problem, muddying the waters further.

Eric,
I am sorry if you have been berated by some posters. They are just a little bit frustrated at the fact that you claim to possess certain valuable information, but refuse to share it with the episode hunters who could really put it to a good use, for the benefit of all the fans and the people who starred and created those works in the first place. For example, when Day of Armageddon was returned to the BBC actors Kevin Stoney and Peter Purves were allowed to watch a piece of their career that they were certain they would never see again. That person who returned the episode did them a favor, as well as the fans. If you could just provide some sort of proof ( I know that is what it always returns to ). If you do not feel comfortable posting the information here on the site you can pass the information to Paul Vanezis, or if that is not acceptable you can send me a private e-mail, then we could discuss this issue in more detail and work out a way to accomplish everyones goals and expectations. Or, if you really want to impress the doubting posters here you could blow them away by posting the list here, just a thought. Whatever your decision please leave a reply back soon.
Thanks, Lance.
