Hi everyone I'm a great lover of these shows and wondered if anyone else here collects these discs or recordings of. Is there anybody out there interested in trading recordings of these fantastic shows - I have about 80 to trade with.

Hi there I've been collecting these shows for quite some years now and would also like to get in contact with other collectors. I'm also interested in informations about these and have made a database with what I know.
Please contact me.

Have the Slade (including Ambrose) sessions with Fluff and Brian Mathews, great version of the Moody's Nights In White Satin, different versions of the early studion album trax etc etc.
Also the BBC Golders Green session 1972 and six days on the road with Slade "insight" series

Many thanks to all that replied, can anyone out there explain how many discs for each show were pressed up over 2 discs and how many on a single disc? I understand that there were 99 copies pressed up for each show, is this correct? Is there anyone else out there who collects these shows, please contact me!!!!

it varied. In the sixties it was 100 copies, then it grew to 150 copies when I was at Transcriptions. None of them were ever pressed over 2 discs, I'm afraid, it was always one disc, sides 1 and 2. In fact, at certain times, it was 'Top Of The Pops' on one sid eof the disc and 'Pops Extra' on the other, which consisted of various tracks WITHOUT a DJ plastered over them.
