I remember now thanks, Valantine Dyall, that must have been one of the last things he did, quite good as i remember but always bad reception, for some reason.

It was repeated late last year on BBC7, but as 3 20 minute episodes rather than the original 6 10 minute ones. (I listened on DAB so only heard it in mono). The novelisation is better than the play in my opinion!

from what I can remember the sterio was quite good, at least through the static interferrence, there were other thing on that program such as the horror stoies read by freddie jones and guests like spike milligan reading out humerous school essay mistakes

nothing much, the idea was that radio 4 had been "taken over" and run in a "crazy" way. A bit of an experiment realy about 2 or 3 hours each week in the morning(or was it each day?) for 6(?) programs the presenter was Gaz Top and it was a bit of a mixed bag realy a bit of everything in the style of the "Tube" meets "Tizwaz" but still very much a bbc production a bit like when Viv Stanshall did radio 1 with keith moon
was it recorded and does anyone know why it was made?
