In 1976 Annie Nightingale did two one hour shows on Radio 1 which were devoted to an interview with George Harrison to promote his 33 1/3 album. Does anyone know if this this still exists in the BBC archives ?
I only ask because at the time my parents had just bought our first music centre which meant we could tape stuff off the radio and I still have the tape- one would presume the BBC would have kept something so significant but as we all know they often didn't. I used to have lots of John Peel shows from the same period-sadly long gone.
