Bearing in mind that a Network DVD is nearing release, has anyone else noticed that Amazon have slapped a 1965 tag on this? We in two situations; 1) these are in fact the later colour episodes or 2) these are the 1965 episodes and have been found. Apart from speculation (lol) anyone any concrete information? Thanks!

Andy,
These will definitely be the first Thames series, commencing with "Welcome to Brighton".
Best,
Alan

I suspect Amazon may have received their information over the phone. A five sounds like a nine over the airwaves.
It's definitely the 1969 series as the DVD cover is shown on another forum.
Can anybody tell me the release date, is it out yet ?

But what nobody has been able to explain yet is why this 1969 set is selling for £39.99. If it was JUST the seven 1969 stories then you'd be looking at a RRP of around £24.99 (£29.99 top whack). So what else is on this DVD that's pushing the price up to the forty pound mark?

You've just asked the £64,000 question, Ed! I'm wanting to know that myself.

As Mr. Wolf has explained today on the Mausoleum Club Forum, the disc content is still being finalised, so any price you see at online stores can only be provisional - and inaccurate.
