According to one of the comments on there -"It's from the Bilzen Jazz Festival August 22nd 1969. TV Belgium"

It definitely isn't Bilsen. I have a copy of Bilsen and 1 - its a live performance and 2 - behind them onstage it says BILSEN JAZZ in large letters. I haven't a clue where it comes from but it aint Bilsen.

I do recall reading a couple of years or so ago that some guy had preserved some clips of Clodagh Rodgers and some TOTP material of a "sexual" content, a guy who apparently perved out on such clips and so this batch of clips certainly would be from such a tape. What I'd love to know is if any of that "Sugar Sugar" material was ever actually broadcast or not... the guy with the guitar (any ideas who he is?) The "Sugar Sugar" frug is split into two, the first part on one clip and the rest on another and at the beginning we see a Mel Cornish producer credit and on we go to THAT frug... I would assume it was faded out after the final credit, effectively making it an out-take. Its been said here this material has been in circulation for some time, so was the TOTP 69 rehearsal and titles part of the same collection? It may well be so since that does features scantily clad ladies frugging away!

kind of ironic that some guys prototype porn stash of '69 becomes a rare glimpse into a near-vanished archive in the 21st century!
