Is there a definitive list of what survives from the 1960s and early 70s from this show?

Couldn't swear to what survives of the ATV shows, I suspect all of them... Certainly the BBC bought copies of all of the first three series and showed most of them a few years ago. Some later shows were shown in the 80s, possibly re-edited (I keep meaning to check these out...)
Of their BBC shows, no material exists prior to the 1968 series other than their appearance on "The Good Old Days" in 1959. Of the 1968 series, one episode exists minus the opening routine, as returned to the archive a year or so ago. There is also a short clip from one of the series, preserved in an edition of the documentary series "One Pair of Eyes" presented by Marty Feldman. Also, M&W's hosting of "Christmas Night With the Stars" in 1968 no longer exists. Apart from that, all their BBC shows survive.

Wrong section but....
Unlikely that the nine shows of 1961's run of ATV's TWO OF A KIND exists, (not offered for sale abroad), but the 2nd and 3rd runs definitely do, (all 26 from 62/3 were repeated on BBC2 a few years back).
Series 4 (another block of 13) went out under the same title, (to bring this back on topic, The Beatles appeared in show 3), but the 1966 run (9eps) seems likely to have been retitled The MORECAMBE AND WISE SHOW.
Ten M+W shows, recorded in colour, went out in late 67/early 68 - and this was sold to the US under a different title, (something like THE PICADILLY SHOW). Certainly I've never seen any clips (colour or b/w) from this run.
I think it was in 1986 that BBC1 screened 1/2 hour compliations of the ATV material under the title VINTAGE MORECAMBE AND WISE - don't think there was much screened that didn't turn up in the six ITC video releases from the early 90s.
