Firstly at Easter I will get round to doing that dvd for you.
Secondly.
The Small Faces two numbers definately exist. B and W and jolly good too.
The Kinks stuff is mentioned in Johnny Rogan's book. I get the imporession he has seen them.
I have never been able to find them.

I bet the colour versions exist in the U.S. though...if someone was bothered to retrieve them.

The Small Faces clip circulating is in B/W and taken from the UK broadcast, namely "The Morecombe & Wise Show".
