Back in 1989, when the Stone's were about to go out on the road for the "Steel Wheels" US tour, and when MTV still showed videos, they showed a Stones performance of "It's Only Rock and Roll" occasionaly. It featured the Stones in sailor suits (insert that one in your nightmare closet!). Jagger looked like he was wearing a really ornate necklace. The clip ended with the band being covered in foam or soap suds or something like that. Does anybody know where this was from?

It's a promo clip, made by the record company presumably and not for any specific TV show (although TOTP used it at the time).

Huh? Please explain. I'm American, so I don't know all of these acronyms like the back of my hand just yet.

Top Of The Pops is a UK TV pop show (1964-present). I knew that one. That post was more aimed at OGWT, which I have no clue over.
