Hi there
I wonder if anyone knows where exactly the clip that TV Ark have of 'Top of the Pops' under their Manchester section comes from? (Where Jimmy Savile is introducing the Foundations)
I know this is sourced from 'Sounds of the Sixties' as I have this particular clip on tape but where does it hail from? Surely not October 1967?
Also, without wishing to be pendantic, didn't Top of the Pops move to TV Centre in January 1966? On the TV Ark site it states mid 1967 ?

The clip of Jimmy Savile introducing the Foundations is from 15/2/68.

That sequence on SOTS is confusing as the clip of Jimmy Savile is of a different date to the clip of the Foundations' performance of Baby Now That I've Found You.
The two are artifically put together.

Yep - and the Baby, Now That I've Found You clip is from Oct / Nov '67 (only surviving as an insert).
