is it possible to copy an NTSC DVD to a PAL UK DVDR and not have the picture wibbling everywhere on the re-recorded version  |

All I know is Pete, that on NTSC DVD it's called Region 1 and the PAL equivelant is Region 2. Somehow they can be converted. I could ask Keith Badman - but only with your permission! Alan S.

i know the regions myself but it's still NTSC vs PAL
