Keith,
Maybe you could help me here, I have just taped two tv performances of The Rolling Stones miming "Little Red Rooster' and "Walking The Dog' from Australian pay tv, I would guess they come from late 64. I have looked through my copy of your excellent Rolling Stones book and can find no trace of this performance can you help please.

Graham - these two clips come from the 'Big Beat 65' Australian TV special, "hosted" by Roy Orbison, filmed during their first tour of Australia.
The Stones perform 4 songs all mimed (Heart Of Stone, Little Red Rooster, Walk The Dog, Round and Round)
Also appearing and performing were Roy Orbison, The Newbeats and Ray Colombus and the Invaders.
There is some conjecture over whether this special was actually ever screened at the time (Feb 1965) or not.

Thanks for your help, I can see this performance in Keith's book now (I didn't expect it to be from Australian tv) , it is from 29/1/65.
