rather than just having totp2 showing archive material,
why can't they show EVERYTHING that they have? No captions, no voice overs,full shows in their entirety. AND NO ADVERTS. Maybe the beeb can take over VH1 Classic, this channel is crap. Better still would be a Eurovision style channel just featuring pop tv (a bit like MTV Europe) from all over the world. There's loads of stuff out there if you know where to look.

Weren't there plans by the BBC to create a TV station that would be a TV version of Radio 1 called '1TV' which never came to fruition and instead became BBC Choice/BBC3?

the french dont use that much punctuation, the french dont use caputal letters for places (ie paris) also he is learning english sho dont attack him, he doesnt know that we all use loads of punctuation.

The punctuation comment was a stab at ed russell for slaging me off on the totp2 message board anyway glad to see plenty of other like minded people fighting the course. BBC are you listening, to the song, we are singing, we're walking along singing the same old song other archive stuff not the same old things time after time

BBC Choice should have become BBC Music (not BBC3)

and BBC4 should have become BBC History
