So at a guess Id have though the guy from T Rextasy prolly bought it.
Interesting about 18 months ago a reel of 16mm was on ebay from kempton park 1968 national Jazz n blues festival (these days called reading festival) fet Bolan and others, he said that this was the only reel of film and the sale included the copyright
I was very serious about buying it as it had footage of Arthur Brown though i was dubious about his proof of copyright ownership, he never bothered to reply to my emails and it didnt sell.
