This programme does indeed still exist as I have a dvd of the programme that was released by DELTA in 2003.
I don't know if it's still available but the reverse of the dvd does say they have a website at

www.deltamusic.co.uk or queries can be made at the following e-mail address

The incidental music on the dvd is by Ron Grainer.
