anyone know approx date for infax restart, also any progress of the online archive availability, as promised for spring 2008.

see the bbc tv archive section has just reopened with stuff on the 'white season'. all in flash format too. the caine 1 looks good plus a few 'man alive' are worth checking. www.bbc.co.uk/archive/on a more negative note they say 'We have had to go through a complicated process of rights clearance to be allowed to put each and every one of these programmes online. In fact, due to rights restrictions, we're currently only able to bring you programmes from the factual output of the BBC. There are many programmes we would have loved to include that we simply could not get agreement to put online. This includes drama and entertainment shows, sporting events and some programmes made with lots of extracts from non-BBC material.' Holy Maloney! If we can't even read the details about the shows, it's more likely for Elvis to land in his spaceship and score the winner at Wembley than actually see them!
