Does anyone know whether a series called 'Turns' featuring old vaudeville routines is available anywhere? I can't find mention of it anywhere. I think it might have been produced during the 60s, but it could even date from earlier.

Turns had two series on the BBC in 1982 and 1984 in which Jimmy Perry looked at old variety acts of the 30s and 40s.

I watched quite a few of these. The acts were often fascinating in their strangeness and Perry had an infectious enthusiasm for his subject. I can't see 'Turns' getting any kind of official release and a repeat showing seems unlikely (BBC4 on a quiet day?) As I recall, the show saved some rare nitrate films from oblivion.
