Does anyone remember a children's serial from the late 1960s or early 1970s about a magic pumpkin-shaped pincushion? I heard from somebody who did a couple of years, but like me he couldn't remember the name of the serial, the year it went out or who was in it.

To answer my own question, I've just found out that the serial was called "Knock Three Times", based on a novel by Marion St. John Webb and produced by London Weekend Television. It was broadcast in August 1968 and among the cast were Hattie Jacques, Jack Wild and Liz Gebhardt. Does anyone know if it still exists?

As far as I can see it was colour, that could mean film? (Trude knows)
