Cliff at the Movies, a TV special made in 1968 featuring Cliff Richard and the Shadows is notable for being the last TV special featuring Cliff and the band, prior to the group disbanding later the same year. It was produced by LWT and was shown on the 21/9/1968, and thankfully exists in the archives. According to Kaleidoscope, the episode exists as a 16mm telerecording:
CLIFF RICHARD AT THE MOVIES
21.09.1968 21:30 - 22:30 9L/00114 D2-R1 / 62
(D2-R1: D2 Videotape transferred from 16mm telerecording) (62: 625-line Monochrome Videotape)
But I've seen a recent YouTube upload of the entire episode and it looks too stable and dirt free to be a film print, so this copy may come from the original tape. So either Kaleidoscope have got their wires crossed and received the wrong information, or it exists both on VT and a film recording?

Yes that popped up on my youtube suggestions the other day. I'm looking forward to watching it. It's definitely videotape and not a telerecording.
The same channel also has an ATV Cliff special from 1964:
There's also 'After Ten, Fellas', a very late Rediffusion production from Jun 1968:
And if that's not enough, how about an audio recording of Hank Marvin's appearance on an early (and presumably missing) Thames Sooty Show from August 1969:
