There's also this God's performance of Baby's Rich all in colour so what show is it?

Yep - this is the show that was found in French archives that is obviously a BBC Colour Production from 1968.
The combined knowledge and enthusiasm of myself, Adam Smith, Paul Watkins and Gary Jordan have not managed to ascertain exactly which show it is as it does not appear to be Colour Me Pop and is too early for Disco 2. It does not even appear that the show was transmitted in the UK.
So, opinions are VERY helpful!

It does put me in mind of that other B/W show that features Paul Jones - High Time, Chris Farlowe -My Way Of Giving & Donovan. It looked a lot like TOTP but clearly wasn't with the backdrop of BBC LONDON Did the BBC produce special pop shows for export?

Can't see it but could it be from 'The Record Star Show' an annual event in the late 60s for charity.

There were specially filmed segments that said "BBC London" that were shown by INA. These are not taken from TOTP broadcasts - they were unique.
