Ok, so normally for the archives, there's usually a copy of an episode for a program, but in the case for surviving Doctor Who episodes from the 60s, as well as some from the early 70s, more than one copy exists, either because one is censored or in a different format. (Surviving clips of an existing or missing and duplicates made in the 80s and 90s will not be counted in this case. Only Pertwee serials that are missing at least 1 of their original PAL videotapes are listed.)
Here's a list of every Doctor Who serial and episodes from Hartnell to Pertwee that have more than 1 copy in the BBC archive:
