The word hint did not come from the original poster but rather someone who couldn't figure out the point so I gave him a hint.
I'm unsure if the original poster purpose was to point out this team could do colonization for who or that technology is advancing where colorization is becoming more commonplace, but I've found less informative posts here.

To be honest, it may be better to just manually recolorize the episode. We don't have the blue chromadots to accurately use the Chroma Dot Colour recovery process, so manual colorization is the next best thing.

If two of the three colors are there, I'm wondering if it's easier to just add blues appropriately than recolor everything.

My recollection of that was " just add some blue" rather then color in the missing blue appropriately (which would give a bluer tint to most colors
