An obscure BBC2 comedy by N.F. Simpson transmitted over the summer of 1969, starring Jack Shepherd, Eleanor Bron, Angela Thorne, John Bird and many others.
My question is, although the episodes themselves do not exist (according to Kaleidoscope), is there any scrap of film material left in the vaults? The compilation from 09/03/70? An Infax search revealed nothing when I last checked but I was hoping that the likes of Andrew Martin might be able to chip in with information.
I found just over 200 telesnaps last week and publications such as Radio Times and The Listener have it well covered visually, but someone please make my day with actual moving images….
