Some kind soul has added a 3rd episode of Discs a Go Go to Dave Berry's IMDB entry. This is dated 15 June 1964 and is S5 Episode 24 presented by Kent Walton, Dave Berry Francoise Hardy, Bob Miller and The Millermen and Mark Wynter. Also on his IMDB, which is one of the original 46 appearances, yet not mentioned so far on this thread, is Lift Off With Ayshea dated 25 November 1970, Dave Berry, Horace Faith, Barbara Ruskin. Does anyone know or can they find out which song Dave sang on this appearance please? Below is Dave with his idol Chuck Berry, whose surname he adopted as his own. (Dave born David Holgate Grundy) Does anyone know or can they find out when and where this photo took place. Is it at a televised event?

2 more television appearances
The following is taken from the Esquire Club Sheffield website
One of the Esquire's most famous nights was a visit by BBC TV in November 1963 to film part of a documentary film.
The place was absolutely packed for a ground-breaking performance by Dave Berry and the Cruisers.
TVPopDiaries had a reference to this some time ago as
Alienation of The Young January 1964
Filming of Dave Berry at the Esquire Club, Sheffield took place on 26th November 1963
Can anyone confirm the title of the documentary as Alienation of The Young please?
Next is ...
A Girl Called Friday Tyne Tees Television
Friday is Friday Brown who had toured with Dave Berry and The Cruisers in 1966. The 1966 line-up of The Cruisers is different to the 1963-4 people.
Again our thanks to TVPopDiaries for referencing this
It looks like Dave Berry appeared on 6 April 1968.
TV Brain has all 13 episodes as missing.

Well folks, they say if you look long enough you find something!
First some background.
Associated British Pathe or ABPC was awarded one of the four initial contracts for commercial television in the UK in 1955, under the name ABC Television.
In 1966 Associated British Pathe filmed the following which was released 17th September 1967
The Ghost Goes Gear
While a showcase for The Spencer Davis Group, it also featured St Louis Union, The M.6., The Three Bells (all girl group), The Lorne Gibson Trio, Acker Bilk and his Paramount Jazzband, and Dave Berry.
The entire film can be seen on the Internet Archive, with the search term The Ghost Goes Gear [1966] 1 hour 19 minutes 33 seconds
Dave Berry appears at 52.25 minutes and is seen sitting in or up a tree, singing Mama.
The question is - is the the only surviving footage of Dave Berry 1963-1970?
The good thing about this Forum's threads is that they never close and can be added to, by others in the future - so someone may answer our question then!

'Hugh Gladwish' also directed Cucumber Castle, which was produced by Mike Mansfield. Just saying!
