This starts with the Westward ident theme. The Westward broadcast in that region on 25/09/1975; it was repeated on Thames 22/12/1975, and on Yorkshire TV 29/12/1975, which is where this recording comes from. (Info obtained from Sandy Denny: Reflections on Her Music).
(The White Dress commonly seen on youtube is from the London Weekend Show. You can see Janet Street Porter at the start. The LWT is from a programme called 'the London Weekend Show', which was not networked and broadcast in London only on the 9th August 1975. The edition is called Pop Festivals, and is Programme number LO630/0036, Production Number 9C/03853, and exists in the ITV Archive on D2, transferred from the original 2-inch tape. Fairport only played two songs.)
So, just to recap, the youtube audio I have linked above is the Westward show, not the ubiquitous LWT programme.
