Available for pre-order direct from Kaleidoscope. Their site says it will be dispatched on 13th February. Later - from 1st May 2022 - it will be available from Amazon. £21 + £3 postage at the moment.
As far as I'm aware this is the first time it's been seen anywhere since the 1950s & it's first ever release on home video. (If I'm mistaken on these last two points please do correct me).
The complete 1st ITV series - ie. all 6 episodes (series 2 is unfortunately missing). Shown in 1956 after several of Hancock's BBC radio series but before the transmission of his 1st BBC TV "Hancock's Half Hour" series, which was transmitted a few weeks after Series 1 of the ITV series had finished.
Looking forward to this.

Update - also includes a small book (booklet?) about the series by Martin Gibbons (a member of the Tony Hancock Appreciation Society). As well as the 6 episodes apparently the DVD also includes "the lightning sketch" according to the THAS website. I'm not that knowledgeable, so don't know where said sketch originates from.
Apparently a few minutes of clips from the series were shown on C4 in 1998, otherwise not broadcast since 1956.
Three episodes have been seen in recent years by Hancock fan Nigel Parkinson (& presumably others) according to the downthetubes.net website - I'm guessing at screenings by the THAS or Kaleidoscope or similar.

Update - Hasn't arrived yet as apparently they had a lot more orders than they were expecting. They have been dispatching though, so hopefully all of us who've pre-ordered won't have too long to wait.
