Small Faces TOTP 67?

As this TOM JONES Beaf Beat Beat footage has been uploaded again I thought I'd put this out there again

In the background of this clip they are playing a video on a large screen. It is clearly the Small Faces circa 67 with lots of psychedelic effects which looks so much like TOTP style certainly British TV.

Never found or seen thus footage anywhere else.
So does it exist?
Is it Totp?

More evidence of British music clips being exported overseas so potentially might be recovered one day?

Interesting Bob I bought this up on here quite a few years ago and we never did get to the bottom of it I think it certainly looks like TOTPS to me it will be interesting to see if anyone here has an opinionon it.

It certainly looks like one of those distinctive STC microphones used on TOTP in the footage. Interesting to try and work out what song the Small Faces might be performing. Any guesses? 'Itchycoo Park' was usually the one that prompted an outbreak of video effects from tv producers.

It's definitely Tin Soldier, I overdubbed it a few years back but it got taken down from youtube.

Tin Soldier, Great detective work would have loved to have seen your video. Now does anyone think that the Beat Beat Beat archives still have the full clip somewhere. They must have acquired the clip to show it on some programme surely not just as a mute background video for Tom Jones!
