Missing 1943 Arthur Askey Radio Show?

I seem to have stumbled upon a (presumably) missing Arthur Askey radio broadcast from 14/01/1943. The show is called 'Larking About' and it was apparently also broadcast on the BBC Africa Service, and also in Australia. Naturally....I found it in Canada! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Yes but - they seems to restrict access - a bit like the LOC and BL where audio items can be listened to only at the holding site, or only by academics associated with a university research project.
