Do the archives of this show still survive and are they a potential unpicked fruitful harvest in waiting? This clip is stunning, both quality wise and musically. Robert? youtu.be/Er60GBW0u1Q

That is a very cool clip. I really have no insight to the Norwegian archives, but am now looking into it.

Great footage Thomas.
According to my research I think it was probably filmed between the 20th to 25th July 1967 ?

Great footage Thomas. According to my research I think it was probably filmed between the 20th to 25th July 1967 ? Its under the video William. It says "10.000 Kroners-Duellen - NRK TV, July 22, 1967". So, lovely guess. Does that info help any more Robert?

It's a quiz show between "Swedes and Norwegians". Only 2 shows have been made available digitally & it is unknown if any others still exist, 1st July 1967 & 22nd July 1967. There is no music apart from the Bee Gees on either show.

I once contacted the Norwegian broadcaster NRK regarding the purchase of material. They were happy to supply a copy but the cost was astronomical. From memory around £400 for one hour and that was at least fifteen years ago. This was at a time when ITV charged £105 for an hour of material on a VHS.

This site appears to be offering DVDs on another NRK Oslo (seems they were crazy too LOL) session with Julie Driscoll, Brian Auger and Trinity...I bet they have kept the resolution down to make the DVDs more appealing?
