Hi, I'm trying to establish the survival rate of the first series of BBC Radio 3's Between The Ears, from 1993. I have asked the British Library and it seems that the complete run wasn't kept. I'm particularly interested in the edition transmitted 19th October 1993, which featured a rare interview with the playwright Barry Bermange about his collaboration with Delia Derbyshire. Perhaps someone here taped it at the time? The main programme repeated in this edition ( The Dreams) definitely exists in the BBC sound archive, but the introductory interview with Bermange appears to be missing. Stephen Byers Belated thanks for taking the time to reply to my post, it's much appreciated. That's interesting regarding the TS/ transcription discs - I didn't realise there'd been a transcription version of Amor Dei. I'd heard the TS version of the Dreams, which is a shorter 30 minute edit of the programme. Sorry I took so long to reply. Things have been very busy and stressful lately as my mum’s been seriously ill (now recovering thankfully). Thanks again.
