There has been lots of postings about looking for missing episodes - naturally, but has anyone thought about building an online Search Catalogue that lists where has been searched and who has been contacted. Listing dates/times etc. In that way, wouldn't it make an end of cross searching and people saying 'We should search here.' or 'Has anyone contacted this person?' In the long run, it may speed up the search.

It would also lower the ammount of negativitety towards fan searching. Since fans repeatadly contact the same organizationa asking the same question. Great Idea Alanj.

Alan Great idea, we also need to set up some sort of verification to check if someone has actualy carried out the search and also what sort of search it was and of course when .

Indeed, it would have to have to be monitored and only be able to be updated by a few people to keep it under control. It could possibly help to keep a lid on hoaxes, or at least give them a proper avenue of verification. But I guess if someone wants to hoax, they will.

Its quite an interesting idea, im not sure how it would best be managed though. It would probably just provide more meat for conspiracy theories.
