He also appears to have been on the Brian Hyland & Little Eva tour earlier that year in February. But I can't trace any records he had released on Pye (or on any other label).

Julie Rogers was born Julie Rolls in Bermondsey, London, on the 6th April 1943. She started her professional career with the TEDDY FOSTER ORCHESTRA. She sang with the band for two seasons at Butlins, Filey, UK. Building on her success she formed a double act with Ted,
b. Julie Rolls, 6 April 1943, London, England. She left her Bermondsey secondary school in 1959 for a long working holiday as a dancer in Spain. Next, she worked as a secretary and then a ship’s stewardess before becoming singer with a middle-of-the-road band led by Teddy Foster with whom she later functioned in a cabaret duo, and, under a new stage surname, made a radio debut in 1962 on the BBC Light Programme’s Music With A Beat.
Teddy Foster had an five sax in his orchestra.
Julie and Ted married in 1968 until his death in 1984
