On the buses

I've just started to watch the series 2 episode, "Late Again" and there is a noticeable jump from Stan being in bed and realising he is late to standing up putting his vest on.

Also, throughout this Series 2 DVD and I think on the Series 1 DVD, there are 'flecks' (i.e. lines across the screen every few seconds). It looks to me like the type you get on satallite television during a storm.

Surely these can't be the best available copies Network could have used.
